All-Music Monday Is In Full Effect!

Tonight we are featuring an artist whose genre isn't a usual inclusion on Ernest Radio Network (not that we're opposed to it). We first heard of Jeanne Jolly a few months ago when listening to Foreign Exchange's Zo!'s EP, ...just visiting three. When we heard her sing on a cover of Anita Baker's "Same Ole Love", as a country song, we were instant fans of her voice.  Then we asked her to send us some of her music.  Man, we were surprised...again.

Jeanne Jolly has not only gravitated to country & folk music - she's downright dominated the genre!  She's been hailed as "an undeniably versatile singer with an amazing and rare ability to sing with the sophistication of modern jazz, & the simple passion of an Appalachian Americana."  That's no joke!  Tonight, you get to enjoy her six-track EP, Falling In Carolina.  AND, at the end of the show, we are adding our own bonus track, the Zo! cover of Anita Baker's "Same Ole Love", featuring Jeanne Jolly. This track surely shows an even wider range for her singing ability.  --  All this plus NPR news, & a lot more, so sit back and enjoy this wonderful EP.
