Today, we live in a world as out of control as it conceptually was centuries ago. Today through the fruit of the Spirit, self-control is gifted to believers in this hostile world.

Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit that involves the use of many life disciplines. It is involved in every area of life.

Without self-control, the flesh will reign. As a Christian you are called to not be conformed by this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Self-control is disciplined by God through the the Holy Spirit. Some blame family hostory and other excuses for their lack of self-control. Don't be fooled, and don't allow generational curses to steal your self-control.

Have you ever lamented the fact that this world seems out of control? Well things are not really out of control because God is still on His throne.

Today the spiritual fruit of gentleness seems to be lacking more than others. The onset of reality television, competitiveness amongst us from businesses to kinder care has seemed to overeshadow the fruit of gentleness.

You are endowed and filled with the fruits of the Spirit. There is no need to pray for more of them, they are already yours to have.

Hebrews 11 is often called the "Hall of Faith" for it lineage of faithful God servants. Our biblical ancestors lived faithful lives. Our lives should be no different. Join us in this discussion on faithfulness.
