Our guest, Sigrid Kjeldsen, is the mother behind www.thejoyfulmother.com. People often wonder if she walks her talk. “You bet I do!...Each program, webinar, and podcast is meant to inspire that same kind of joyful resourcefulness in you as well.” Besides being a seriously happy camper, Sigrid describes herself as a non-conformist, dare-devil, and grounded idealist.
Sigrid has been working as a life coach since 2003. She is both American and Norwegian – having lived the majority of her life in Atlanta, GA and 14 years in Oslo, Norway. She now resides in Dubai as an expat with her husband and two children.
She will share with us how she helps mothers harness their passion and positivity in concrete ways so that they too can be, have and do all that they wish in this lovely life!
