Make a plan for your life. Some may beg to differ but next to God your family should be your first priority, why? If your family is your priority after God, when your days of retirement are upon you, it is your family that will be your supporting team, so always make plans to be with your family. Allow then to see and understand what it is you do, you may be surprised at how well they cope and how much closer you all become. Take your family along if it’s feasible and your type of work allows. Some people say that there’s a certain inspiration that comes only with motherhood, so let it inspire you to be and do greater things. Career and family both take time and is taxing to you mentally and physically but stay focused and learn how to balance the two. Remember that quality time is always better than quantity time so make that time really count. Keep it simple and personal – share a meal, play a game, read a story.
