TIPS ON VENUE SITE INSPECTION

This will give you an idea of suitability. What is the maximum floor load? Do you have exhibits and does the venue have adequate space? What are the venue’s specifications and limitations?  Is the lighting appropriate? What are the venue’s requirements? Have your Artist’s requirements in order before you contact the venue personnel. This again will inform you of suitability. Listen when planning an event, you need to have a list of specifics and when you meet with the manager there should be no doubt in your mind when exiting the venue. There is nothing worse than poor planning when it comes to your show. Need to know more then let our panelist explain.
