Entertainment Worldwide Network 619-639-4709 10PM EST / 7PM PST brings you“Artist Development” Tonight's show is “The Best Time to Promote the Show” Promoting your upcoming show is a tough. There is a lot of work to be done – start creating a buzz at least 2 months in advance however, the earlier you start promoting the better the turn out on show day. If you don’t have one, start building a data base of emails, fax, phone numbers and addresses. Build a promo package – include show date, place and time as well as ticket price and any pertinent information about the Artist(s) playing. Make sure all details are met long before the show like financial deals that’s where the contracts come into play. Get the Artist(s) involved by having them send out emails to their fan base and advertise the show on their website, Blog sites, twitter and all their other social network sites. Be ready for show day with CD’s, photos, bios, posters, Tee shirts or whatever memorabilia you want. Get out and inspect the venue and as the big day draws near inspect it again. You always want  a good turn out so send out email reminders a few weeks to a few days before the show. Need more information, ask our panelists.
