There is usually a combination of family and friends, exquisite meals, plenty of laughter, music to fit the occasion. Now imagine if there was a day of celebration just for you or better yet a whole month. What will you celebrate? Your progress in life? Another birthday? Reaching your personal goals? Overcoming an obstacle? Just for being alive for another day?  What would you do? Visit family members? Give thanks to the creator? Have a party? Anytime we succeed at anything in life is a perfect time for celebrating. Reflect on your accomplishments. Doing something for you anchors positive emotions, breeds increased vitality and increases motivation. This does wonders mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
