Entertainment Worldwide Network 619-639-4709 (EVERY SUN, THRU FRI 10PM EAST COAST / 7PM WEST COAST) brings you “FULL THROTTLE FRIDAYS.” Topic is “Jesus Wept.” John 11:35 is the shortest verse in the Bible yet so powerful. Verse 26 “And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” Jesus declared that he himself was "the resurrection and the life" and in verse 33; Jesus groaned in the spirit and was troubled because despite what he told them they were still blind to the fact that He was the “resurrection and the life” The only one who believed that Christ was the “resurrection and the life” was the dead man Lazarus. This holds true because in verse 43 when Christ called with a loud voice “Lazarus come forth” He immediately obeyed, received life and rose from his grave. Christ was not crying for Lazarus, he was crying for those who did not believe in him moreover the one who were closest to him. How many of us have people close to us that don’t believe in us. Fathers, Mothers, sons and daughters look at each other and understand the meaning of not believing in each other now magnify that on a grand scale – God sent his only son and congregated with people who did not believe in him.  Now tie it all together it was the dead who understood and believed in the power that was given to Christ through our Father in heaven. Let it not come to pass that it is in death that we know God because by then it will be too late. Families believe in each other and believe that through Christ all things are possible. Jesus wept not for the dead but for the living
