We all know that behind every good man there is a great woman. Ok it may not be his wife, maybe it’s his significant other, Mother, Aunt, Grandmother or Stepmother but nonetheless women were there to facilitate a desired goal. There is a starting point for everything in your life. Some don’t remember who exactly was the woman that inspired and stood behind them to get them to where they are today. Some of us came from great beginnings, others have not. Still there are more of us who were inspired later on in life. There are few that were taught but did not heed the words of wisdom from people behind the scenes and realized after negative experiences that the words were correct. Pray for the ones that never got or will never get someone from behind the scenes. What is it that you do or have done behind the scenes and make it look effortless? Is it that you give and keep order in the family setting? Is it facilitating the work load to the employees at your job? Maybe it’s being on the front line and ready for the next task at your company? Is it coming up with new and innovative ideas and putting them into motion in your business? Is it rolling up your sleeves and getting your grind on by helping your husband or significant other in the home improvement, yard work, garage rearrangement, under the hood of the car changing the oil or fixing the breaks, banging out a new room to increase the space in your home. Ladies whatever it is you do, take pride in yourself for being behind the scenes and being a real woman.
