The multibillion dollar Entertainment Industry is male dominated but over the years women are becoming tsunami as CEO’s of Empires, branded in Forbes Magazine and earning double digits figures in the millions. Sexism and racism is another thorn but as time moves forward women continue to push the envelope and utilize their creative freedom.
