November Challenge " Let it Go Challenge"

Note: It will take those that are willing to heal to and do their work to do this challenge

Here's a challenge that I'd like for all of you to share with the world.

The challenge: All month of November eye want to challenge everyone to write a letter(s) to someone who wronged you and thank them

Attempt to not thank them in vengeance on the sarcastic level. Thank them for the lesson in whatever it is that they brought to come to teach you

Unclear on the lesson that's okay just get it out and express to them how you feel. In that you may then see the lesson in it

Have these people passed on that wronged you? That's okay write it anyway and when your ready to let go burn it

If you want to hold on to the letter that's okay just release it when you are ready.

I also encourage alot of this work be done in nature
