Discussions In the Black Room - Stand up for something or fall for anything

Discussions in the Black Room was created because we want to see our stories of the present time told from a point of view that is intended to wake people up to the deeper agenda of what is going on in the world and simultaneously encourage us to love ourselves and each other on a grander level.  We noticed that so much is created with the intention to manipulate our people into believing something about themselves that is inaccurate, or as Kandake says “Mind ‘Ish”.  We are led to believe a view of what “Blackness” is through the eyes of people who are not a part of our community.  It is the intention of our show to break down topics in the media as well as just regular life to show us that who we are is more than enough and is essential to the progression of the world at large.  It is our intention to represent who we actually are once we take the wool from over our eyes.  It will give us our power back.
