Recently, the Body of Christ (the church) has been awakening to a fresh understanding of the work of Jesus Christ on the cross. Old mindsets are being challenged on subjects ranging from how we do church to how we do politics. The premise that Christianity and Americanism are synonymous and walk hand in hand are just plain false. In light of the recent presidential election, we see clearly that the America of our forefathers is not the America of today and the gospel that has been preached here is just the OK news rather than the great news.
