What is the opposite of Love?

What do you think about when you hear the word LOVE?  The word love is tossed around every day with no actions behind it.  Why is that?  Why is it so easy to hate, yet so hard to Love?  Self-love is the most important kind of Love.  If you do not love yourself, there is no possible way to give it to others.  We are going to get to the bottom of this word called LOVE and see what's holding us back when it comes to loving one another.   Remember, we are all K.I.N. and there's nothing we cannot accomplish together with love being the center of our every endeavor.
