I enjoyed your thoughts on ways to deal with cellphones. So often teachers & admin only want to ban cellphones & iPods too. I use both for Spanish homework & allow homework to be done in class. Since it only takes 20 mins tops to do this, thereafter cellphones & iPods are out of site. Haven't had a problem that affects grades with these yet, so students can keep them at this time. Hope that doesn't change. This is high school. In middle school, we use them at the end of the schoo
