A financial empowerment segment featuring Dominique' N. Reese, Owner and Chief Financial Coach of Reese Financial Services and the Creator of Master My Money University (TM).  Join us as we share a wide range of financial principles, strategies and counsel on relevant money matters such as: wealth building, define financial mindsets, learn how to make money work for you, discuss investment tools, Credit Reform Act updates, leveraging debt & credit, credit card utilization, liquidity/assets, etc.

The lyrics to the 1980 Grammy winning song 9 to 5 by Dolly Pardon still rings true today—“Working 9 to 5 what a way to make a livin’, Barely getting’ by”.  According to Oprah Winfrey & Maria Shriver: The Paycheck to Paycheck Townhall, there are almost forty-two million women representing 1/3 of the entire adult U.S. female population and more than 28 million children who are living on the brink, at or near poverty.

Many of these women work full time jobs as well as a 2nd job, but are still living from paycheck to paycheck and struggling with severe financial challenges.  Our discussion today is a call for us to recognize the urgency to “Get Real” and “Take Action” to implement practical steps to develop dollars and sense mentality that enables us to move away from the brink of poverty to long-term financial security.
