Under employed - and what you can do about it

I have a lot of respect for the person that chooses "under employment" over drawing an unemployment check. That shows me that the person is both moitvated and has a lot of pride. However as one person told me, "It ain't fun!"

So this show will be for those of you out there that have a deadend job, a limited future, or an intolerable work situation and need help.
