The timing is up to God.  When we step into God's timing, it's like entering a slipstream.  Some amount of control is given up, but in return, He takes you places you never thoguht you could go.  But remember Who is in charge.  If you try to ride off in your own direction you fly catastrophically out of the slipstream in a fiery explosion.
