Once we understand what the root of our automatic emotional reactions are we want to know what to do about it. Often the Church simply says: the Bible says you must forgive if you want to be forgiven. We know that. We believe that. We want that. We don't know how to get there. In this show Dr. Pauline and Catherine share with you the elements of the forgiveness walk and how to achieve a lifetime goal of truly being a forgiving person, which truly changed our emotional reactions with other people.
To help with your forgiveness walk, you can find some worksheets at the following links. One is a list of people you may need to forgive. You will want to write down exactly what they did, in the smallest chunks possible. Then pick out a few emotional pain words that help describe how that made you feel. Then pray the prayer at the bottom one at a time. If you feel that you need help with healing, please call the office and schedule an appointment (719-231-7183)
