Average Americans: "Let's repeal the 1st amendment"

There's a guy on Youtube named Mark Dice who goes around with these wacky petitions to see how many stupid people will sign on. Turns out, many Americans want to repeal the 1st amendment right to free speech. Obama will deliver the state of the union address tomorrow. What will he mention in the speech? How will he spin his first year in office? How will he explain away the huge deficits we are running?
