Hal Lindsey's 1970 book The Late Great Planet Earth and the Left Behind series by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins have been at the forefront, in this false doctrine, and have been used widley as "Biblical Fact", when they are in fact NOT BIBLICAL in nature, nor do they provide any Holy Bible verses as a bases for their teaching.
