After introducing a patient blog and medical student blog, we review my blogs about "Could Curious George be a Family Physician?" and the Human Centered Health Home. We'll introduce some medical decision models in discussing the blogs. We'll discuss Family Medicine strategies for engagement with patients in the problem focused visit. Family Medicine patients, students, faculty, physicians and thought leaders will be mentioned. More discussions about the Human Centered Health Home will be undertaken.Problem solving in the HCHH and how to honor and protect patients during the massive change coming in health care. Discussions will include comments about human aspects of patient-physician relationship and socio-technical innovation that helps them in clinical and human decisions.
