Today we discuss The Daoist principle of forgotten foods. We live in a world where we are discovering, that everything that we learned about eating does not support life. Our daily regimen of ingesting foods is largely for palate pleasing purposes. We have become addicted to taste and convenience. As a result, our society is ridden with excessive ill health. This lifestyle has created an artificial and processed way around eating which has separated us from knowing the true source of nourishment and regeneration. What we have forgotten is that complete nutrition can only come from Mother Nature…and it’s time to remember this as a way of life.
