Join us, Dr. Jessica Tartaro and Dr. Pam Denton, for a conversation about empowering female leadership. This will be a candid exchange designed to help women open to the possibilities of growing community through empowering collaboration. By sharing personal stories including the highs and lows of leadership, we will candidly discuss the power that women have when they choose to embrace authentic leadership in the context of connection to other women.

In our talk about authentic female leadership we will explore how longstanding models of leadership have marginalized women and how we as women currently have the power to redefine those models.  We will emphasize how women can hold space and give permission to each other to be real, open, honest AND powerful.  And share our view that collaboration in community is a necessary step to empowering our leadership.

We hope you will join us by tuning into the conversation, calling to join the dialogue and sharing this link with others!

Dr. Jessica Tartaro works as an Intimacy Coach, Psychologist, Community Organizer and Movement Teacher in Dallas. In 2015 she created the SpeakUP DFW community for supporting women and men to come alive through authentic communication games nights, private coaching groups and leadership development training.  Jessica is on a quest to redefine leadership as a process that reveals rather than hides with a focus on vulnerability, interdependency, improvisation and transparency.
