During a conversation with one of members of my Self-Hypnosis Meetup last night (yes you should join -
http://www.meetup.com/DFW-Allen-McKinney-Self-Hypnosis-Meetup) we were talking about a particularly disturbing feeling that she had while in that trance. Is was scary enough to her that she popped out of the trance-state she was in and wasn’t really interested in returning until we had had a conversation about it. 

Sometimes we have some pretty scary stuff in there. Scary, because it’s new or unexpected or sometimes just scary because you weren’t not ready or that information or you had been told something else by a authority figure… happens all the time; THINK THE ROCK OPERA “TOMMY”

I decided that I would talk today about how to setup resource anchors that you can use in your hypnotic explorations, at work, at home or even while competing in sports.

Anchoring is a NLP technique I have found to be very useful in cases like this and are very common and VERY USEFUL, particularly, if you know how they are created and how to set them so you can use them AT WILL.
