John 1: 1-4

Jhn 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  Jhn 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.  Jhn 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.  Jhn 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

John3:16-17

Jhn 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  Jhn 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
