Artist Spotlight: Special Guest Shantel Heart

Shantel Heart was born  to mother Tanji Hobson. Shantel was born into a musically inclined family known as the Hobson Singers. Shantel's grandfather Wash Hobson was a great and unique talented guitar player. He recorded with many famous artists such as Shirley Caesar, Dorothy Norwood, Mighty Clouds of Joy, Pilgrim Jubilees and many other legendary gospel greats. Wash Hobson created a huge title to be carried on by the family.  Wash Hobson saw that a star is born… (Shantel)  Before  died he made Shantel understand and promise to be the one to carry out their family name into higher heights.  Today she is doing just that because she saw and believed in his visions and love for music.  

Shantel Heart has the voice of an ange1 and has performed with many groups, trios, bands and choirs.  Her mother Tanji started a group with her kids called: The Bass Family.  The group became known in various cities and states. Later attending workshops she learned trades on marketing and sales for independent & local artists. She began launching on her own projects and recording various genres and she's had fun doing it.
