The debate between atheists and believers over God's existence is deadlocked, and there can be no reconciliation until we advance and reframe the discourse. That means arriving at a different understanding of God's being and our own that does not conflate essential truth and empirical fact. Just as we have glimpsed quantum behaviors that confound observation and experience, we may posit a realm in which the relative and contingent particulars of fact do not pertain. This is the primaverse. Only from that vantage point can we begin to see how God creates our world without being limited by its existence.
