B Mason Although his love of hip hop started at a young age, B Mason didn't start out with hip hop music...his love for spoken word came first...he started writing poetry when he was 12 years old...with poetry filled with pain from his adolescent years, he quickly gained attention throughout his hometown Little Rock, Arkansas. In his teen/later years B Mason quickly gravitated towards writing music...heavily influenced by the writings of Tupac Shakur, B Mason writes from his heart and doesn't hold back...his inspirations also include the likes of Rakim, Big L, Cassidy, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Tech N9ne, Notorious B.I.G., Kendrick Lamar, and J Cole. His music will evoke some type of emotion, whether it's happy, sadness, anger etc...the pictures painted with his music are very real and from the heart.
