Please join us and our special guests, Jane and Leo Alvarez, Jane Lemond-Alvarez, Founder of The Children's Wall of Tears, and her husband Leo Alvarez are on a mission to save children's lives by promoting awareness and education through The Children's Wall of Tears Memorial that will soon be escorted across the United States on a mission Tour to help raise public awareness to this increasing epidemic of child abuse that is killing our children. Jane is a Child Abuse Expert, and former Crime Analyst with the Oxnard Police Department. Jane is the Founder of the National Association Against Child Cruelty, an Author of two books, "Blinders" and "Where's Mario?". Leo is retired from 33 years of service with the Oxnard Police Department, and the co-founder of the National Association Against Child Cruelty. They write and speak about child abuse custody issues. They are part of an on-going national campaign to make legislative changes that would end the return of abused  children to their abusers. The Children's Wall of Tears (tm) is a non profit organization that educates and increases awareness on child cruelty and abuse, memorializes and honors these innocent and helpless children who have lost their lives

  • at the hands of their caregivers and predators in the U.S. daily, and work to generate donations to help educate the public about dangerous laws such as Title 42USC that protects child abusers, not the children.
