She is happy to help you realize your Soul's dreams and help you achieve 'Your Perfect Body'.

 

Basics for Empowering Your Health:
 
  • Decide you want to get well and achieve Your Perfect Body.
  • Drink half your body weight in number of ounces in pure, non-chlorinated water daily, (ie, if you weight 150 lbs - drink 75 oz of water during the day)
  • Eat three balanced meals per day, fasting one day every two weeks.
  • Take foundational supplements, and get your blood checked twice per year by your physician.
  • Exercise five to six days a week, for twenty to thirty minutes a day, doing something you enjoy.
