Khadija is a highly sought after Holistic Health          Consultant and Coach. Her aim is not to focus on “disease”, but rather mind, body, emotional and spiritual wellness, which encompasses the whole person. She understands that the body has an innate ability and intelligence to heal when given the proper tools. These tools include exercise, inner reflection, nutrition, rest, and social interaction. Khadija is a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Consultant where she trains and consults clients privately through her own practice called Khadija’s Wholistic Fitness.

She received her training and work experience at Bally Total Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness. Her personal training certification is through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and she is CPR and AED certified. The happiness and joy that she receives through being a personal trainer and Holistic Health Coach has inspired her to help numerous clients meet and exceed their fitness and weight loss goals.
