Panney Wei is an award-winning writer, speaker, and TV-radio personality internationally known as "The Empowerment Coach" whose heritage is deeply rooted in Chinese history as a proud descendant of one of China's greatest military heroes and statesmen, General Tso Tsung-Tang (1812-85), forever immortalized in American pop culture for his famous cuisine, "General Tso's Chicken."
