I noticed long ago that we needed a better sense of community and in order to accomplish that we must heal, build trust, and properly manage and grow on a spiritual and economic level. My background includes a B.A. in Advertising and an extensive background in Mass Communications. I am also a Sidereal Astrologer, a certified Reiki Master and Kundalini Tantric healer and teacher. For the last 10 years I have also been trained in farming and composting and have participated in many projects in the U.S. and Africa to help communities accomplish the task of sustainable living and being more self sufficient. My workshops include sweat lodge ceremonies, relationship building, healing from traumatic experiences, and shedding the many masks we have developed over the years that hinders our progression as individuals and as a community. I am so sincere in seeing us shed our generational traumas so that we can return to the productive society that we were always meant to be.
