This is the beginning of a semi-impromptu series on the Book of Daniel based upon a request received by a listener who wanted to get my take on Daniel Chapter 5 Verses 25-28: "And this is the writing that it inscribed: MENE MENE TEKEIL UFARSIN. This is the interpretation of the matter: MENE-God has counted your kingdom and has brought it to an end.TEKEIL-You were weighed on the scales and found wanting.UFARSIN-Your kingdom has been broken up and given to Media and Persia."
