This week we have the fun privilege of interviewing a Mittleider Gardener who is also something of an expert on nutrition through the preparation and eating of whole foods. Elisa, who lives on the high plains of eastern Wyoming where the weather can be very difficult for gardening, grows an excellent garden and feeds her family of 5 boys a great diet of inexpensive but very healthy foods - much of which comes from their garden.
