Wheatgrass Juice Is an important Healthy Green Powerhouse

People store lots of wheat as a part of their nutritional preparedness for the simple reason that it is abundant, low cost, and if properly prepared and stored, it will keep indefinitely.  
However, people with a lot of wheat in storage often make a number of comments like, just how do you use all of this wheat and won?t you get real tired of eating whole wheat
bread and cracked wheat cereal three times a day, and just how do you bake bread and
cook cereal without utilities?

Understand that whole-wheat berries are not just for bread, cooked cereal and gravy.  In
fact, if these are the only ways that you know how to use your wheat, you will not get the
full benefits that wheat has to offer for your daily nutrition and health.

Learn to geminate wheat for most of its uses.  One of the most important ways of using it is to let it grow into a grass that you clip and then express the juice from it.  Wheatgrass
juice is a nutritional package you need as a part of both your regular and emergency nutrition.  There are extraordinary nutritional benefits to using wheatgrass juice,
especially if there is a health issue during a long-term period of stress and the world around you is shut down.  Also did you know that barley grass juice might be better for
