dealing with obssessed dangerous peeping toms ,riff raff strangers

my home on the inside is off limits, it is not for public display , but criminals violated it ,  i called the LAPD  12134860150 and 3747611 because they will not stop, the probable cause of wiretapping , hidden wire ,camera looking inside? still seeking evidence , stalking ,from an obssessed group of people against me ,trying  to commit fraud
