The two parties in power crafted the trade legislation, the tax laws and authorize funding to the various government instititutions responsible to monitor, collect and enforce these laws.
With our current $14T federal budget deficit, $113.2B totsl state budget deficits, indicates the LACK of effectiveness, efficiency & fairness of these laws.
Those politicians that approved them in the face of home foreclosures, high unemployment, credit defaults and the continued outsourcing of white/blue collar jobs goes to show WHOSE interests are being served...certainly not ours.
