"THE RETURN TO THE DARK AGES..."

THE US IS NOW NO. 2 in the number of new product patent filings. Although the lack of parent participation in the learning process is a critical issue, the election of less than intelligent, forward thinking visionaries occupying public school boards seats is even more concerning. How will radical & evolutionary methods of teaching be created when we have individuals on school boards who believe that the sun revolves around the earth, the world is flat and in spite of scientific evidence still believes the earth to be only 6,000 years old?

If we dont begin to reconstruct and revamp the public education system to produce a higher caliber and quality of science, engineering and math students with critical thinking skills, we will continue the downward slide.
