How many times have we heard someone use the following cliches: "I did the best that I could"; "It takes a village to raise a child"; "It all starts in the home"; "We need to rebuild families"?

ANY structure is only as good as the QUALITY of the materials and the WORKMANSHIP used to build it. When will WE THE PEOPLE STOP making excuses and using the same old lame cliches and begin to make POSITIVE CHANGE starting with our own BEHAVIORS?
