Marlena arrives and takes Susan away saying she is only making things worse. Susan realizes the devil is in Marlena. Mardevil changes Susan into a black cat. John is still chained up and quickly realizes Susan is a cat. Susan returns to human form and starts praying and tells Marlena to fight. The devil leaves Marlena and goes into Susan who quickly transforms into Eileen Davidson's Kristen to tempt John! Only in Salem. Philip overhears Brady and Chloe talking about sex on the conference table and assumes it was them. He goes and destroys the tree again. Phlip is out of control and Victor fires him as CEO of Titan. Abby tells Jack the truth about Gwen but then tries to convince Jack to not be so hard on her as does Xander. Gwen goes to Trask to try and get back Xander's money. Rafe finds out what Ava did. Ava is released from jail and goes back to Rafe's Steve and Kayla try to figure out what happened to John. Chanel and Lani talk about Paulina's choices for the wedding. Rafe learns about Deimos from Nicole which adds more weight to Gabi and Jakes's story about NIck. Scenes with the lovely Kate and her sons Philip and Lucas discussing their love lives.
