Joanne Waldman of Retirement Options shares her secrets on how to sort out and rebuild your life after caregiving.

Joanne Waldman serves as the Director of Training for Retirement Options where she has trained over 1000 non-financial retirement coaches. Her own training included a masters degree in counseling,  coaching certifications, and a Gerontological Counseling certification.

In her coaching business, New Perspective Coaching, Joanne works with baby boomers who don’t know what they want to do when they grow up, or do know what they want to do but don’t know how to get there. She uses two retirement assessments, the Retirement Success Profile or the Life Options Profile to help her boomer clients determine new career dreams. Joanne has 30 years experience in career development and was the 2009 Career Practitioner of the Year from the National Career Development Association.
