He has worked in the field of dialysis (ESRD) for over thirty year. Working his way up from the position of dialysis technician, to nephrology nurse and presently, renal administrator. He was one of the first certified dialysis technologist in the Nation (1977). He was in the second wave of nurses to pass the nephrology nursing certification back 1987. He now has a bachelors in business and an MBA with a subspecialty in healthcare. He operate and is part owner of a small, but high quality, rural dialysis facility in Sidney, Ohio, USA. Frank discussions with Dialysis patient's, healthcare workers, doctors and clinics about care issues in Dialysis.
