Grieving a loss is often a necessary process to moving forward.  This may also apply to those who expectedly or unexpectedly find themselves in the job market. Especially in cases of forced job loss there may be a need to grieve the loss of the old job before they can truly move forward with finding a new job or career.

For the past 18 years Tonia has helped people modify behaviors, transform thinking and increase llfe satisfaction. She now applies those skills and experiences to help people perfect their professional and personal wisdom.  More specifically, she serves as a Dissertation Coach - helping graduate students move from All But Dissertation (ABD) to Ph.D.

In addition to her Doctor of Management Degree with an organizational leadership focus, she holds degrees in counseling and psychology.
