Good morning and Welcome To Get Healthy Now. Today's topic is: How Does Overthinking Affect You? Does it or does it not?

My name is Denise Thomson and I used to be a perfectionist, overthinking everything all the time in case I could do it better. I loved to say: "What if" and got stuck in problems I created. Finally I learned to say: "If not now, then when?" OR What if I didn't do it, what would I miss out on? etc.

It's rather interesting that as a child I was taught I had to know the answer before speaking. Is this really true? Stop Challenge Choose

Today, it's OK to say: Great question, let's find the answer together. OR What do you think? OR What do we want to accomplish when we find the answer? OR simply. Wow, great question, I really don't know. Please give me ( time ) to find out and I'll let you know.

How does that make you feel when you overthink? Do you feel pressured, stressed, silly, uneducated OR do you feel relieved, happy and willing to find out the answer? There is no shame in not knowing. Admitting sets you free!

Do you know that overthinking is not just a habit but a deficiency or illness that destroys the person's growth? It not only demolishes your peaceful life but also disturbes your heart and mind (illness)

Embellishment is the key to overthinking.

Don't make it an addiction

Lose the ability to negotiate
