Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson. Over the last 50 plus years, I have been involved in the health field in one way or another. Lately, I've been focusing on guiding people towards their optimal health, leading by example. How do I do that? Why do I do that? What prompted me to do that? Why am I sharing this here? What have I learned over the last few years?

Let me be transparent. I never liked journaling, it sounded like a lot of work. Over the years I had some journals (notebooks) it never lasted.
I started journaling more regularly with the Life Book for the purpose of understanding HEALTH better.
Today, I found a journal that truly fits my needs and is affordable, guiding me through each day, week, month and with a purpose.

I googled for Journals and what I saw was overwhelming: prices, size of journal, some had some uplifting quotes, others were blank, etc.
