Good morning and Welcome to Get Healthy Now. Today, I am adressing the Benefits of Breathing with the Diaphragm versus the chest and how it can build a healthy mindset. This is important because our mindset can either create health or illness. All babies breath with their Diaphragm as you can see when you watch them asleep and their little bellies move up and down. They are breathing naturally to stimulate health.
Usually during the teen years, mostly females, learn to breath in with their chest so their belly does not stick out. Self-conciousness kicks in, vanity takes over and the breathing changes to an unhealthy way.
Moving forward, we experience more stress, perceptions might cloud the truth, we get upset, angry, frustrated and sometimes we or things get out of control.
