According to the NEWS on TV we are going into a time change this Sunday, March 8, 2020 and need to set our clocks one hour forward. Yup, Spring 1 hour forward, Fall 1 hour back and Sunday, November 1, we are setting our clock back one hour.
How does this affect your mind and body?
What do you gain?
What do you loose?
Is this change worth putting your body and mind through it?
What is your personal experience?
Are you preparing your children and elderly by changing their getting up and bed time by 10 minutes a day for 6 weeks prior to the change, so the body has time to adjust or do you switch cold turkey?
How do you feel? Energized, happy, healthy, excited to have more daylight OR tired, depressed, getting sick???
