Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Nurse, Fitness Trainer, Educator, Speaker and Best Selling Author. 

I am not giving you these titles to brag, just to let you know that I am an expert in these fields and feel qualified to talk about #healthybody, #healthymind, #healthyfinances. Today, I want to check in and see if we are the Best Version of Ourselves every day of our lives?

Why is this important? Most of us live only once; therefore, the D.O.B. - D.O.D. are markers and the dash between the two dates is what our life is all about, who we are, and who we are being in this current reality working towards a yet better one.

To better myself, I read a book a week, (if short) or at least 2 - 3 larger books a month. Today I started with one that really gives me value and great information I can apply on a daily basis to be a leader and better example for so many.

It's an easy read, yet, it's filled with value. Want to hone in to his daily Morning Routine:

1. Get up early.

2. Hydrate

3. Cold morning, warm night.

4. Do quick breathing and stretching exercises.

5. A few minutes of quiet.

6. Get your thoughts set for the day.

7. Work out.

8. Eat

What are your habits?

Night Routines:

Warm night.

There are only two things that matter when it comes to success:

1. The reasons why you are doing it.

2. And the results.
